Bio

I received my bachelors degree from Caltech with a double major in mathematics and engineering, with emphasis on microprocessor devices. I earned a masters in computer networking at UCLA with a thesis on fiber optic based LAN packet-based data communications, and an M.B.A. from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Business Management. From Caltech, I joined Hughes Space and Communications as a satellite systems engineer and contributed to the development, design, analysis, manufacture, integration, test, launch, and operation methods for microprocessor-equipped satellites. Gained experience interfacing with technical and leadership persons in multiple space acquisition customers, and experience with multiple launch vehicle contractors, satellite component suppliers, and satellite operators. I received US Patent #5,163,640 for the solution to an issue on satellites.
