This paper is clealry of importance because of the prominent neurodegeneration induced by complement inhibition. It would be interesting to know what type of degeneration was seen, whether it involves cytoskeletal pathology, cell cycle abnormalities, and whether specific populations of neurons proximal or distal to plaques were affected.
