There are enormous Lewy neurites in A53T alpha-synuclein mutant cases, but rare Lewy bodies in the cortices. One thing strange to me is that there are no plaque in a-synuclein mutant cases but most late-stage PD or DLB cases have them. Could any one comment regarding 'Plaque--LN--LB'?
